Nendrun Bajii (Sweet Snack)
Ingredients:
Nendrun Banana (Ripe Plantain) - 1
Maida - 1 Cup
Sugar - 3- 4 Tbsp
Salt - A pinch
Conflour - 1 Tsp
Oil to Deep Fry
Prepartions:
Cut Nendram Banana in rounds. Prepare the batter by mixing the maida, sugar, salt and cornflour in water. Mix the batter a little lighter than the bajii mix consistency. Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry in the hot oil.Cook in medium heat. Dry them on the tissue paper.And its ready to eat..

Orange Gooju- Andhra Style
Ingredients:
Orange Peel(Kamala Orange)-1 orange
Curry Leaves - abt 10 leaves
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Turmeric Pwdr- 1 tsp
Salt -as required
Gingelly Oil- 2 tbsp
To Roast: (dry roast them and powder them )
Sesame Seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1tsp
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilles- 3 -4 chillies
Preparation :
Take a thick bottomed kadai. Pour abt 1 tbsp of oil, when hot add the mustard seeds.when it splits add the curry leaves. Add the cut pieces of the orange peel and fry it in the oil till the raw smell vanishes. Add little salt, turmeric pwdr and little water. Cover it with the lid till the orange peel cooks. Once it is cooked, pour the tamarind paste and some more water and bring it to boil. Add the roasted ingredients to the kadai. Add quickly give a stir.Add more salt as per ur need. And its ready !
Tip: Its best with rice and chapati.
